No it isn't available now. You'll need to wait for another ~3 months if you want to transfer to Qatar with a bonus. Note points don't expire, so you need to be patient and wait to get the best value (or don't go for value and just buy gift cards).

Compare this to the retail cost of this ticket which is around $5,000 each way in business class. Now if it's worth using your points is upto you. Economy tickets to Maldives would be around $700 each way so for $300 you're getting business class and this is without any transfer bonuses.

I would wait to transfer for now unless you have an immediate use. Virgin is joining SkyTeam on March 2nd and the bonus is till March 18th. So you can see if they change any award rates first.
