Maybe consider the user's use case before going on a tangent about how this is a waste of money.
To add, this SPECIFIC model has really good reviews as an inkjet printer especially for the occasional photo print. It's a solid purchase at this price point.

For people who print low volume, mostly at home, and like to print photos then a fairly inexpensive unit like this can make a lot of sense. For people with different volume, uses, and needs it may not. A laser is going to cost hundreds more up front, and it could be years before some people recoup that money in savings vs this inkjet. Posters should understand that "your (or my)" needs aren't the same as everyone elses.
For example, a unit like this would be good for my parents who's printer just went B200 error on them.
Side note:
Those of you who are in the know on lasers, what are some decent color lasers that you would recommend that have similar features to this unit? i.e. doc feeder, duplex, etc.
