Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again
I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.
It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

Pretty sure one of the "quiet quitter" Best Buy kids wasn't paying attention and marked it down TO $220, rather than TAKE OFF the $220, given the price here.
Tell us you don't know anything about home theater systems or how clearance works without saying you don't know anything about home theater systems or how clearance works.
Also, has anybody tried buying online at the regular price for in-store pickup to "reserve" the item and then return and rebuy it for the sale price?

All I really needed was the receiver for my bedroom, no use right now for the speakers or subwoofer, but for $235.02 (220.99 + 14.03 Connecticut ripoff extorsion sales tax), where can you find an entire set up for that price.
