Dude have you read through any of the comments? With so many people still commenting that they missed the deal, it's obvious how many people don't take a little time browse through the comments to track the progress of the deal.

Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again

$220 for a Name brand 5.1 4k receiver? And speakers? And a sub? Maybe 10 years ago.

I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.

It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

I have an open box acceptable condition ready for pick up at my local store and I paid $460 for it. New was not available. Does any one know if the price will be adjusted proportionally when I go pick it up at the store? Wondering if I should make the 1 hr+ round trip drive to try it.

Took me about an hour, most of that time was running the speaker wire around the room for the rear speakers, the remote didn't work, but I have an older yamaha receiver whos remote did work. Using it with an XBOX, Switch and Fire Cube hooked directly to the receiver and then 1 hdmi to the TV. So far so good, sound is definitely better then my previous LG Atoms Soundbar.

Got one of two from BB Hialeah FL this morning. Set it up and I'm very happy. Great upgrade from my cheap Vizio soundbar (it was a gift don't hate me)

Go into your settings menu and raise the level of the center channel. There may also be a dialog adjustment from 1 to 3. Set it on 3. Finally, if your center channel speaker isn't at ear level, prop it up at a slight angle. Ideally all speakers should be at ear level. With the tiny 2.75" single full range drivers, it's even more important.

One other option is to go into the menu and increase the frequencies that favor voice. That would be 400Hz to 3000Hz. That's your YPAO parametric EQ. You should be able to do that on screen.

you can use the mic come with it and put it where you sit and let is auto calibrate. or try different programs

I bought one that's still sitting in my car but a little confused.

I enjoy minimalistic look in my living room so I don't know if I should set this up or just wait for a soundbar deal.

I wanted to buy the "deal" but I have proper towers and svs sub and for the minimalistic room I have Sonos setup.
