Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again
I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.
It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

Looking at the other receivers I like the more traditional look of this one with the buttons, newer ones have too little going on the face. This one seems to be bare bone also as other receivers support wireless and musicast. Released in 2018 still gets updates and goes for $369 at Walmart without the speakers and subwoofer. thanks OP. 89113

Just an update:
Ordered in store on Sunday with no problems, was advised my order would be available for pickup today 03/03/23. I received confirmation emails and things like that over the last several day and the status in my bb account says pickup for today. Having heard nothing additional I called to see if the site just hadn't updated and it was actually available and they are stating the is an inventory related issue and the orders will be updated when there is product available. Idk if this means they will be cancelled or what but it's not sounding the best.
