The terms say they can end the discount at any time. To me this means it's recurring, i.e. discount applies after the first month, but perhaps not permanent.

I have been on Visible since Nov I got the PayPal $5 off promo and it is still in effect … as far as service goes it has been good except when I go out in rural areas with no 5G or 4G that I could live with… but that all changed today … for the last 12 hours I've had no SMS so no 2FA so no way for me to log on and work remotely so has really messed my day … saving a few bucks on wireless service is not worth it if it jeopardizes my livelihood… first attempt with chat took over 1hr to get a rep and they said they had issues on their side and if I proceeded I might loose all service until it was resolved and to try back in a few hrs second chat took 1hr and they reset my service and all is good and I have SMS back and even got a $5 credit … Visible is a bargain but maybe not for those who rely on their cell phones
