Well, that doesn't sound so bad, Doc. I'd take that! :-)
This is not a bad deal, really. The preamp .. is decent .. Ibanez makes a pretty good cheap guitar, right up there with Yamaha. It has a mahogany body which should give you some decent, bass rolloff sound .. as in, it won't sound .. too .. cheap. It punches above it's weight, all in all, and is a decent value.
On acoustic guitars like this, the best thing for beginners is to invest in taking the guitar to a skilled luthier that knows how to work on ACOUSTIC guitars. Setting good, easy finger-action is no small task on an acoustic and you can ruin it right quick .. or, at least, get in to a lot of money. $75 to a luthier .. get some Martin Marquis Extra-Light strings if you are just beginning,
You do those two things, you'll have yourself a very nice playing instrument to learn on.

I have an older version looks like this and it's a bulky awkward shape and the strings are high so it makes it annoying to play (steel of course not nylon)
Definitely my least played guitar after some time.
I would caution newer guitar players that this is not it.

Yamaha - Solid spruce top, Nato neck, back, and sides, Walnut fretboard, nearly $200 more
Ibanez - Laminated spruce top, Mahogany neck, back, and sides, Rosewood fretboard, nearly $200 cheaper
It is generally understood that a solid spruce top will always sound better than plywood spruce tops.
