I have the single camera version of this and it works great (was only $65 though...this seems pricey?). Only complaint is you have to activate the video sync effect from the app each time you turn the TV on.

While I also think it's pricey, this is probably the lowest it has gone (lowest before this consistently was $109). And how much longer do you guys think it will take to get lower than this or to a reasonable price?

I have the T1. Can't quite get the accuracy to be right.

For instance, it's just red when the screen is black.

Do y'all think it's worth biting now? How much longer till it goes to a lower decent price?

Sync your TV and the Govee light device to Alexa. Set up a routine in Alexa to automatically turn on the Govee lights when your TV turns on, set a time frame for when this action occurs (between ~6:00pm - 1:00am), so it doesn't turn on during the day if you are in a bright living room.

I don't do the process above as I don't always want the Govee light to turn on. For example when my kid is watching Cocomelon.

I set a routine in Alexa to turn off all lights in my living room and turn on the Govee lights, with a one voice command "Alexa, Movie mode"

At minumum, just sync Govee lights to Alexa and you manualy turn on/off by voice.

Im wondering the same thing. I guess what's reasonable right? Before t2 came out at the end of last year, I think the T1 was going for this price. I'm really close to pulling the trigger on it.

I took apart the single camera version and stuck it behind my center channel speaker that sits on my tv stand and it's basically not visible at all. The app allows for a surprising amount of correction so even though it's in quite a different position than how it's supposed to be it still works great.

Kind of wonder how the 2 camera design is and how much it actually improves.
