Three-packs of 10-46 (electric guitar) coated string sets usually sell for $22 or higher. I think this is a very good price.

For those who haven't used coated strings, they typically last much longer than uncoated ones. The tone can sometime be a bit less bright.

    The elixr strings are some of the best strings you can possibly get. I was using these strings for the last few years and have been very impressed. Recently I tried the polyweb series and I personally like them more, but polyweb adds more bass and mid range where as the nanoweb is better for open strumming. So it depends on your style of play as to what strings to pair with.

    These are super slick and don't destroy your hands like most strings do

    These are made for electric guitars with pickups, so I'd search for some specifically for acoustic. Technically, I suppose these would work, but they may not sound as full bodied or resonant as strings made for acoustic.

    If you are a light touch (i'm a shredder - so my right and left hand are both quite light against the strings) these strings will last forever. Tone stays reliably the same. For the savings of time and expense, Elixir's are my go to. Sadly, I use 10-52 and can't hop on this deal.

    I swear by Elixir strings for both electric and acoustic. They're more expensive than uncoated ones but easily make up for it for their longevity. I personally prefer optiweb over nanoweb but you will not find any complaints from me at this price.


    As a side note, always check the seller on elixir strings, I would be wary if it's not Amazon or another reputable seller. As of posting, this particular deal comes from Amazon and should be genuine.
