What do you mean charge you? When i did it online, it said the cost today would have been $0.00 if you pick esim. The order didn't go through because I am getting a security error like other person had said. Phone rep can't help me either. They said go to the store. But if it had worked, there would have been no charge for adding the line.

System error… got charged…
End result the same. No free line.

System error doesn't equal got charged. The phone rep was willing to credit me back the $35+tax on my bill, but even through her I got an error that needs to be taken cared of at the store.

I don't know what you are trying to say. Tons of people have done this successfully. Issues with my account has nothing to do with this deal. It's probably because i am not the primary account holder. Your comments aren't helping anyone. If you think tmo is slimy then please feel free to leave and go to another carrier. I DARE YOU. But I bet you won't.

And yes, i am enjoying my 5 free lines quite nicely.

With your attitude, no wonder no one is supplying you with any info about not getting charged.
