If it gets caught on something say at work it would break the ring and not rip off your finger skin

I think they missed an opportunity by not offering 10 rings in the pack, 1 for each finger/thumb. At the least it should be 8........so hard pass.

Not a deal.

I bought this in July 2022. Price I paid was $5.94 without any coupon.

The sales strategy is to increase the price, then pay SD to promote a coupon that brings the price back to normal to feel like you're getting a "deal" and increase sales.

It's all been weird scenarios. Two weeks ago, I was in Cartagena Colombia with my wife, and we went into a mud volcano. Within 30 seconds, my ring was missing due to the stickiness of the mud and would have been impossible to find. I also don't like when rings are too tight so I purposely buy a half size larger to where it freely goes on and off. So I guess that's really it, sacrificing the sanctities of marriage/rubber ring for the sake of not leaving imprints on my finger.

Tungsten steel is incredibly hard but also very brittle. If you ended up in a hospital they would never just "cut off your finger" to get your ring off. They could easily break it with some light taps of a hammer, or most will have a more specialized ring cracker tool: https://youtu.be/PruxeXyFras
