You can not have more than 1 Sapphire card at the same time, and you can not get a new Sapphire signup bonus if you received one on any Sapphire card in the last 48 months.
For anyone debating on whether to go for this, know that the all time high is 100k bonus points, making this a very lucrative opportunity.
You can- I've seen YMMV reports about how many days you need to wait between cancelling and new application though.
Also things to keep in mind:
Use any credits you might have on existing card you haven't used yet.
Insure you move your UR points to a different card before closing old one.

I recently recieved an 80000 points offer and got approved for it couple days ago. Am I still eligible to get this offer, may be talk to CS to apply this offer instead?
Really kicking myself for signing up last weeks with 60k offer and additional 10k in branch bonus. Hoping on the 19th Ccare of or branch rep can match.
I see welcome email from chase for my original CSP on July 12 2017. On Nov 12 2017, I have an email that says -
As of your last statement, you've earned at least $625 toward the next trip you book on Chase Ultimate Rewards®. I seem to have a new card dispatch notification email on July 7 2018 which means that is when they sent me my downgraded card Chase Sapphire card.
I did open 2 business cards with Chase last week and also have 2 freedom / freedom unlimited cards with Chase since Nov 2018.

sounds like you have way too many cards to keep track of

Hehe. I have couple of Amex cards too. I always think I'm the one with hardly any cards. I read about people with 20 cards, or people churning many cards every year. Phew. It is a lot to keep track of. I thought 5 years ago I could churn for bonuses often but I slowed down after getting 6 bonuses across cards. 80% of the time, I end up using a particular card and only because I somehow have its numbers memorized 😅.
Transfers to flight bookings are worth more??? I just booked a united flight directly with the chase app. Did I make a dumb move?
If it was a business class or first class ticket (or at least some coach international) and had any date flexibility at all then almost 100% for sure you did. I recently did an ANA biz booking for example (though this was amex points transferred not chase, same idea though) and got north of 7 cents a point for em.
if it was domestic coach then...maybe, maybe not? It'd depend on the exact route and dates (and how flexible, if at all, you were on them).... difference either way would tend to be much smaller though... (4-6 cents a point for the biz/first redemptions aren't uncommon, or higher in some cases.... domestic coach you're more in the 1.5-2 cent range for the better redemptions and maybe down around 1.2-1.3 for others so about the same as the CSP portal).
As noted Hyatt redemptions are another place you'll beat the portal value soundly though, typically ballpark 2c/pt range plus or minus a bit.

Chase has a 2/30 rule where they won't approve more than 2 new cards every 30 days- if you just opened 2 cards you'll need to wait that out to be safe.

I compared a few weeks ago overseas flight on United booked directly via points (came 1:1) vs Chase Preferred portal (obviously 1:1.25 ratio) so it came ahead. I always find bloggers overstating the value of points on transfer. The only advantageous transfer I have done was to Southwest which currently goes at 1:1.4% when booked directly with Southwest.
TDLR: no you did not do a dumb move.

Thanks and repped. Does this include business cards as well? I thought business cards were excluded from the count.
Depends what you use them for. 1 cent each taken as cash but that's about the lowest-value use of em. For travel they'll be worth anywhere from 1.25c on the low end (chase portal), to 1.5-2.5 cents mid-range (Hyatt hotel transfers and coach airline transfers typically) to as much as 4-8 cents a point on the high end (transfers to airlines for flight bookings)
Credit karma should show when the account was opened- but since the bonus wait period for sapphire is 48 months that means you'd have to have earned your previous bonus no later than March 2019 to qualify now in March 2023.
"4-8 cents a point on the high end (transfers to airlines for flight bookings)"......I've never transferred points to airlines, and now suspect that I have been spending my points in a very wasteful way. Is this option available for most airlines? or just a specific one? and how do I do it?
my spouse once has Shapphire preferred and added me as additional card holder, will that mean I can't apply as a new customer and will be considered under 5/24 rule or would I be considered as new customer because it was not me as primary holder

No. I went in 3/11 and they said they stop waiving first year fee for anyone applying in branch. The extra 10k points is what they offer instead.
