Was so disappointed with this game. Not sure what I expected exactly, but it felt like a terrible half-a$$ed tribute to Wii Sports. Also felt like it was intentionally limited in content and I'm guessing they'll try and sell DLC to milk more from it and "complete" the game.

I haven't tried the golf, but for whatever reason, it just didn't hold me like the original. We used to play bowling for hours in the original, but I grew bored with this one

if you play with friends I recommend that you try the simultaneous four person bowling via vertical split screen. Everyone bowls the current frame at the same time. So much fun. What the Wii version should have been, imo.

As much as I've been looking forward to finally playing this, I'm going to hold out for a $30 or less sale. I own Wii Sports and Resort on Wii, and Sports Club on Wii U. I can hold out a little bit longer 😂

I feel that a lot of what made Wii Sports great was the Wii Sensor bar. This version just isnt as good as the original but worth $30.

Unpopular opinion: I enjoyed this game for what it was. I logged a lot of hours with my family. I will admit it didn't give me the same high as Wii sports did in 2006 with my high school friends but I can't fault a game for that. Also, I miss the Miis but Switch sports is still a decent game.

+1 I had/still have a blast with it. It's typically just my wife and I goofing around. I'm a huge gamer so I'm picky about my games and I absolutely love it. For what it is, this is just a mindless, fun sports game and TONS of hours to be had when you want to be a bit more active in your games. Just my .02.

PS Rumors are they may add basketball and dodgeball, but they're just rumors as of now (datamined info, could have just been scrapped modes). Just an FYI, whatever they decide to add to the game in the future will likely be free. Wink

Yep, in my store, it is now in electronics next to the video game gift cards and SD cards and across from the T-Mobile booth. Pre-Christmas it was with the toys.
