Anyone complaining about it or being brushless, just take a step back for a minute.

This is a $100 kit with a free tool that's hackable to be around $60. This impact is plenty to work on most lug nuts that are correctly torqued on and it's quite a bargain when you start comparing it to other options out there.

Yes it's brushed, yes it's not 600+ ft/lbs, but that's why it's aggressively priced.
Return your mechanic. If this can't take off your lugs, your mechanic is an idiot, not this tool.

Yes, buy both tools & return what you don't want (once they arrive)...
You should be able to see each tool's price in your cart before checking out.

The P747 Inflator/Deflator doesn't seem to be a fee add-on anymore.

I know and that's what I wanted. I decided to go with the Milwaukee 1/2 impact from Amazon for 154 instead.

I recently bought the brushless 1/2" with 600 ft lb of torque to loosen over tighten lugs on my new tires. Some took about 10-15 secs of hammering to break loose. That came with the high performance 4.0 battery. Got it for 170. Well worth it for my needs. So it all depends on what you are going to use it on

If the items ring up as separate line items, you can definitely return, done it multiple times at multiple locations.
For example, if you got this with the 3/8" Impact you can return the impact and basically get the 1/2" set for $50.
You CANNOT, however, return the battery and/or charger individually as they're part of the set.

Other than a specific store/manager not following HD return policy, this is how it works. Go to a different store if needed.

If I'm just like planning to use it on my vehicles, do you think I need the high impact or these two would suffice.

I think this should generally be fine. If you are doing suspension work or stuff that be rusty or old, then maybe the stronger is better. Some will argue for the brushless motor and high performance battery that comes with it. I got it for extra insurance. In some cases, you might not be able to use either of these, depending on the spot.

If you don't need the tools now, just wait for Ryobi Day
