I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

For those of us who got the error phone only deal that's not going to ship, is it going to be easy to get approved for a refund via Paypal? We all know getting a refund from Boost themselves is out of the question.

If Boost does not ship out, there is no reason why you cannot get approved for a refund via Paypal.
If Paypal does not approved, you can always dispute with your credit card company. But I don't think that is necessary as Paypal will side with you if Boost does not ship your order.

Does anyone know if I can put off activation for 45 days? And if not, is is possible to activate the SIM, then port in a number later? Thanks for any advice!

so they wouldn't care we used a "trick" to place phone only order? just saying,
one of the reasons I avoided contacting support for such related issue.

if my emails are correct then it auto activates after a few days after shipment

Paypal does not care how you order an item.
They only care when the buyer purchase something, the seller will have to ship it.
If the seller does NOT provide tracking information, then Paypal will side with the buyer.
