Since the wheels are plastic, they could easily be broken after the first two years
I have them for about 5yrs now and going strong., I wouldn't worry about wheels
Didn't find a sale price at any NJ store and when a sale price is locked from a NY store, the price revert back to the original price when shipping address is updated to NJ during the final purchasing step.
