Actually, not exactly the same combo. The $35 one didn't come with the 2 contour buff sets, each of which is worth $15, although you can find cheaper buff sets elsewhere.

I did I bought the buff sets in December for $5 each plus free shipping too. I noticed the key to direct tools, is wait for their Christmas sale once a year. Stuff is 75% off plus free shipping that time! 3 years in a row so far

I guess it is a good deal if you need the buffing sets, but most people buying drill are not buying them to buff.
