**** STOP ****

I absolutely love bidets, but for the love of God DO NOT BUY SUPPORT THIS COMPANY OR BUY THIS PRODUCT. Read the reviews first and make an informed decision. I've got 4 of these and after experiencing the same issues with the slow closing hinges breaking on all 4. The lid closes fast and you can't lift the toilet seat without it falling off into the toilet! Customer service chuckled and basically admitted it's a known issue but continue to sell it. I'd highly recommend staying away from these. Read the reviews and the experience of other Slickdealers as they experienced the same issues as we did. Defective by design after about 2 years.

I have this seat... I wouldn't recommend it. It doesn't clean that well imo. Also I had a feature stop working after a year and had to send it in for a warranty fix... That sucked... And also at 2.5 years the heated seat stopped working. I still have it but am waiting for a toto to go on sale. It sounds basic, but having the heated seat is really awesome.
You guys, I have 4 of these. Be aware they do NOT last more than 2-3 years. 1-2 months after 2 year mark, two of the bidets seat and cover slow close mechanism broke. One of them developed a short causing the toilet seat to overheat like crazy.

Read the reviews, these are known problems. BioBidet is selling known defective designs at rock bottom prices so you guys pay the exhorbitant repairs after 2 years.
I would not recommend this one, it's like a pressure washer for your butthole. I prefer the Kohler and Brondell brands that I got from Costco

I bought two bluetooth outlets and can't figure out how to get them to connect to each other.

Or a light switch near the toilet. Outlet can be easily added right below it.

The only thing I would say is that you have to connect to under your toilet tank and at the valve. The valve on my toilet and most is easily accessible. The back of my toilet is concealed and I had to install it practically blind, and it caused my toilet filler neck to leak as it had never been removed, so I got to do the job twice. I would spend $100 more an an additional model to avoid that in the future. There are some brands that you only change at the valve location.

I bought this last week and installed it for my sister who declares it a game changer.

I have been using a Biobidet BB2000 and love it. Both this and the Costco model have a lot of the same features including an adjustable high pressure wash and warmed water tank.

Lots of haters here that seem to fear the bidet life. They probably don't even have one. It scares them. Change is scary and butts is hairy. Hemorrhoids and Dingleberry.

Do your research. Definitely watch the Southpark "Toilet" episode from this current season.

Also, this bidet is covered by Costco's concierge warranty service. It's better than a standard warranty. If you buy from them and it goes bad, you can call Costco and they will help get you a part. If they cannot get the part, you will get a refund for the purchase. That is what I was told by their customer service rep regarding this particular Bidet.

I have one and it is breaking apart after about 2-3 years. I bought a Toto for a different bathroom 6 years ago and it is still doing well.

So you bought it pre-recession. Paid in 2021 dollars.

I've had mine for 3ish maybe 4 years at this point and the spray power has died I assume it's a pump. Think it's worth calling them? I was just going to buy this to replace it lol

Mine had the plastic nozzle malfunction. I personally stay away from this model and any with plastic nozzles.

Anyone have experience on how the plastic nozzles held up over the years?

I've had this one for 5 years now. Still working fine. And I work my toilets hard.

Was going to ask about this vs the Toto K300, but the thread seems to have so many people experiencing problems with the BioBidet that I'll probably go with the Toto.

I've had this for a few years- the higher pressure function stopped working. It is an okay bidet but the pressure overall is really low compared to the non-electric one I have and the reliability seems pretty low for the cost.
