Yep, exactly my thoughts. I have a basement workshop but keep the miter saw in the garage, and sometimes just need to knock out a quick crosscut, which this should work great for. If I wasn't so lazy I'd just bang out a cross cut sled 😆

Got a sliding miter saw already, but this would be easier to set up with my cordless circular saw. Price drop at many places too.

Yeah, it went fast. Mine was showing in stock with 2 day shipping when I ordered, but now saying April 15th. I just had Lowe's price match from Kreg's website though.

Thanks for the other links! Mine was showing 2 day Prime when I ordered but now says April 15th. I just used the Kregtools link to pricematch at Lowe's, since I was there buying fence pickets anyway. Question for ya, should I update the post with your links, or do people usually close out and open a new post in cases like this? I'm usually only in the buying end of deals, so not sure what to do. Thanks again!!
