Last time I purchased this deal, they ran out of gallon size and substituted with all quart size. So just be mindful that when you allow substitutions, it's the luck of the draw.

You get 60 gallon bags for 2.50.
Walmart and Amazon can suck it.
The quality is surprisingly good.
