I don't have a problem with this person because this is a global issue with NB that people new to purchasing from them may forget to check. NB run small nowadays and I wear a full half size and extra width up in the exact same shoe.

I wish they'd offer free returns.
No free returns is a deal breaker.

I wear 10.5 4E. Ordered NB and it was HUGE. Had to go down to 9.5 for a fit. So I am not sure about what you are saying. Thankfully it was from Amazon with free returns.

Thank you for downvoting my cautionary tales. I'm a 15-year customer of theirs, nearly 20 orders. This is not a driveby assassination, I'm genuinely telling people that they are really phoning it in and will be a bad experience for anyone not ordering their exact size in a model they already know. Their phone reps are about as helpful and friendly as debt collectors.

As I said in another post, 880 v12 is all you'll ever need in a sneaker. They're amazing.

I have the 860v12 and bought them from here on a previous deal. I bought them because I purchased the 860v13 to use for a workout shoe running on the treadmill at the gym and I love them. Great cushioning and just a perfect shoe for me. I'm a larger guy, but I also don't like ultra plush shoes like Ultraboost or Hoka when running. I didn't want to pay another $140 to have a casual kick around shoe so I bought the v12 thinking they would be comparable, but they feel like a very different shoe. The cushioning is nowhere near the v13 and it's most notable in the forefoot. They are still comfortable and I use them for a daily shoe, but just not what I was ultimately looking for. The review linked below is spot on about how I feel about the v13 compared the v12. Bold part below is the relevant portion pulled from the review.

https://www.sportitude.com.au/run...-vs-860v12

Last year I felt the New Balance 860v12 was a little bit firm for me personally. I know a lot of people that have used the New Balance 860v12 and have certainly enjoyed it.

There might be a deeper conversation when they come in to upgrade their running shoes, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. I found that shoe to be a little bit too firm for me and that's OK. I'm not saying what I require is the absolute gospel in regard to shoe technology, but I really like what they've done with the New Balance 860v13.

I wouldn't be doing the full midsole review if I didn't touch on the medial side of this shoe. When we turn around the New Balance 860v12, there's strategically placed dual density foam on the medial side. It's a little bit lower from the foot and it's glued into position through that medial side to provide that arch support for your overpronator.

However, with the New Balance 860v13 we have a slightly shallower arch support on offer. It's still roughly the same density and we'd probably agree that it's not too dissimilar to what it was with the New Balance 860v12, but there is a little bit less of it. That means you get a more cushioned feel underfoot experience.

When I put this shoe on I can certainly feel there's a bit of arch support but it's by no means as noticeable as last year's version 12 which I think is a good thing. Having the arch support there being less intrusive is bang on.

Have the 860 and I like them for dog walks but when I ran in them I get major heal slippage (even with runners knot). A nice shoe but they cannot go in my running rotation.

Wow, thank you for this. I have 3 pairs of the 860v13 and was about to order 3 of the v12 to use as my next pairs. Definitely will just wait for the v13 to go on sale.

I use the 860v12 exclusively for walking/daily wear. Would probably step up the the 1080s for serious running. Still like that JNB usually has a pretty decent selection at at decent price.

The shoes, 880s at least, are already $69.99.

Code doesn't do anything. Says invalid.

In this case, I do feel like people need to be warned about JNBO because they're so far from the company they used to be. And my daughter has size 5 NB that are bigger than her other size 7, same brand. It's wild.
That is true, also need to be warned about the non existing customer service. I buy shoes from Asics, Saucony, Brooks in wide. I can rotate easily between these brands. I tried Same size with NB but they are so loose and poor fit. Do your research before biting.

Exactly. I used to wear NB about 15 years ago. If I bought based on my prior experience, I'd probably have to return them. Recently had the same experience with motorcycle boots. Bought the size that fit me a few years ago, and that size no longer fits. My foot didn't change. The company did. Got screwed out of about $10 and couldn't even exchange.

I'm not buying a shoe without free returns either.

Can't you try them on at a running store to double check your size and then order from online?

I tried that code and "dealmoon" makes the deal worse because it strips you of the OP's existing deal -- the "dealmoon" coupon does not appear to be stackable.

I bought the "White w/ Helium" colored Fresh Foam X 860v12 on a past deal and love them. I have a lot of running shoes, but I was looking for a nice running shoe in a mostly white color and love the way these look. Unlike some of the Nike Pegasus style shoes with the narrower front ends and toe boxes, these running shoes fit great in standard width sizes. The support and cushioning (although I'm not a runner) feel excellent, as well. At $50, the 860's are a definite deal, in my opinion.
