Is a great resource for best current offers on cards- it's not always 100% up to date but a lot better than anything else I've found.

I get it. Some people just have to be the canary AND the ass!
If you have sufficient status with BoA you can earn 3.5% plus the 2% exec via one of their VISA cards ($2500/quarter cap)
Or with a different VISA card (also no fee) you can earn 2.625% plus the 2% exec with no cap
Plus at least half the year you can get 5%/5x UR there on at least one of Chase Freedom cards ($1500 per card and you can have multiple cards) as well as Freedom Flex and Discover (you'll need to filter those through buying Costco cash card on the website since the last 2 aren't VISAs but this still works fine)
But want to use a credit card to pay off a delinquent utility bill to rebuild my credit.
Would this card be good? Or too hard to get?
Or any suggestions from anyone?
