Come on. Do not add pre-conditions to earn more. We are talking about no pre-conditions to earn 2% cash back on everything purchase and you just can't find the card to earn more. If you like conditions such as annual fee, member to open a bank account etc, that is a different thing. People may not like those conditions.

Spending $500 to get $200 bonus and earning 2% cashback on everything is not good enough? Find one to earn more than 2% cashback on everything. Can you?

I'm liking this card for the Cellular Telephone Protection. Use the card to pay your cell phone bill and get up to $600 of cell phone protection against damage or theft. Subject to a $25 deductible.
And I accepted this challenge and, I think, I did quite welll, didn't I? Next time, watch your lanaguage and you'll do much better
That works for you, whatever. Their exclusions and limits don't work for me.
You're misquoting the wrong person. I did not say that last bit. Also you're wrong because it's not more than 2% on everything. Maybe you should heed your own advice.
I have this card and it's my daily driver when I'm not working to meet a spend requirement for another card (I do this a lot). I have it for the 2% back on everything and the cell phone insurance. I was happy to get the $200 bonus but I would have gone for the card anyway.
Now WF has sent me another offer for their "Signify Business Cash" card which offers the same 2% with no AF and comes with a $500 bonus though you have to spend $5,000 in 3 months to get it. It's not a big bonus for $5k spend and I'm guessing you need to have a legitimate business (I do) with an EIN to get the card but it's a shoe-in for me if they accept my application. (I forgot to unlock my credit so it's taking a bit longer)
I posted this because if someone has a legitimate business and thinks they'll be spending the $5k/3 months anyway, it's something to look into. If I get it, it will amount to $700 bonus just for applying twice which is almost as good as the Chase offers and you get the 2% with no AF.
Does this card has phone insurance cover if phone bill is payed with it? If yes, what's deductible.
I've used the cell phone insurance once and it was a $25 fee/deductible. I think that's the case no matter the value of the phone but mine was only valued at $250 so I'm not sure if it goes up with a higher value phone.

WF never again - when I last applied to some promo they went many extra miles to not pay me the bonus. And a decade long story of having nothing but a problems with them
Any chance you have a credit freeze on that you need to lift before applying for a new card? I've forgotten to do this before, and got this kind of response.
That's exactly what happened to me when I initially applied one week ago. It's easy to forget that you initiated a freeze at all three credit reporting agents...

Plus, 2% cash back on one everyday category you choose each quarter.
Plus, 1% on everything else. if you count your categories right, you can easily average more 2% flat.

But of course the OP deal is much better because SD staff posted it, right?
The usbank card has $1000 for $200 back and $2000 to qualify for 5%, and BS categories and exclusions and gotchas where you only get 1% back.

Tnx on the info.
Update: The $250 offer has been decreased to $200 from May 2025.
