OK, but not as practical or affordable for everyone, even for things that can be bought whole as grown. Don't all farmers and ranchers, and anyone further processing what they grow, use chemicals?

Any chocolate will be processed, right? These taste much better than a lot of alternatives at least.

I don't mean to neg on reading the labels, that's good to do. But there's at lot of info missing, and only so far you can go to either minimize what things you think should be avoided, or to know the basis for thinking those things are bad.

It's not that simple. You can imagine you've found a path to pristine food, but that's unlikely, and your definition of pristine is likely highly arbitrary. Even dark chocolate is processed, and processing isn't per se bad. You say food is killing us, yet the same system has seen lifespans extended by more than 1/3 over the last century. Where's the beef?
