Vitamin D needs a fat to absorb with. I think he's talking about the first which has soybean and corn oil to provide those fats. Seed oils have a lot of controversy surrounding them due to their manufacturing process, chemicals used, possible health problems, etc.
Doctors best use extra virgin olive oil so for whatever that is worth.
The whole point is pretty much moot though as you should be taking vitamin D with a fatty meal anyways.
Did you do a Blood test for Vitamin D level to check?

It's low quality if they are using cheap refined oils. There's numerous competitors in this Space.
No thanks on the cheap seed oil pills. You get what you pay for
There are two different products in this post. PP uses soybean/corn oil, and Doctor's Best uses olive oil. If you want to threadcrap, at least be specific on which product you are crapping on, as they are two very different products
I live in Southern Arizona and I'm Outdoors all the time and my doctor told me that I need Vitamin D. I said why do I need Vitamin D when I live out side most of my life she said I don't know. It's a scam. All the doctors across the country are telling everybody they need Vitamin D it's bull IMHO

If you wear a lot of clothes when you are outside, to keep warm or to prevent sunburn, you still might not be getting enough sunlight. I have labs every six months. When I'm taking D3, my levels are good. When I'm not, my levels are low.

Life extension but there are plenty with EVOO or olive oil at a minimum.

I use the Costco brand.
