Got the Titan end of last year ($1500+). A few things to think before you make the purchase.
1) these are "small" for typical American stature (over 6ft tall, *** lbs weight etc), you will barely fit in.
2) SL-track, is just a marketing gimmick. Does NOT fully go down to the back of your thigh. Just barely rubbing tail bones.
3) built quality is not as high, and vibrates while rubbing over it's own shell/frame. makes cranking noise. as if you your transmission is going bad.
4) remote is total garbage, and no manual exists for these. there are English, Chinese, Korean language switch version. And got a friend to translate them. Much clear than the Engrish options.
5) total body scan, is a joke. It does nothing but go up and down. Is not fully scanning to optimize to your size.
6) over all these are good for glorified back massage.
7) don't forget to get your watch off before you get squeezed. ;-)
8) before you plunge, find a place (mall, or furniture store) to try similar ones out; check specs, and compare. good luck!
I hope Costco just bans people that return stuff like this. Especially when you've used it for awhile and am completely satisfied.
Mine worked for 2 whole massages before it broke. They're responses were slow, vague, and disorganized. They failed to ship the part to fix it and needed reminded twice. Part arrived a couple weeks later but the tech is out of town for a couple weeks... It's been 2.5 months of back and forth with the company and I'm finally at my breaking point with them.

Initially I asked nicely that they extend the warranty since we're having a hard time trusting their service, they refused. They tried to make me keep it but I negotiated a refund (thank god)...I asked for white glove to come get it, they refused. I'm going to have to haul it down to my garage, or pay for white glove. One thing is for certain, I will not keep this chair...I will not recommend Titan or Osaki..
