I would avoid this deal until they get their shipping issues resolved. My brother had to return 2 separate orders because they sent him 2 left speakers both times. One white and one black. He had to raise hell on the second return because they wanted to charge him $15 each return for a ups pickup. The first one we had to borrow a truck and haul it to ups ourselves because of the pickup fee. I know there's other SD members who had this same issues with their last sale
It's great you came around to realize your warehouse issues and you're making a good faith attempt to reconcile this with us here on SD and I'm sure all customers affected. I ordered these as a gift for my brother's birthday, and that order unfortunately was part of the mix up. The principle issue I have with your company, is that regardless of your atonement after the fact, it remains clear that your CS policy is to place cost on the customer for returns even when reported as incorrectly shipped items, a clear error on your part. That will forever stain your company's reputation in my eyes and my family's. No amount of discounts is favorable over principles, and as a consumer, not supporting your business with purchases knowing your policies is the best we can do. Change that policy and retrain your reps. At minimum instead of immediately actioning cost on the buyer under this specific umbrella of merchant error, procedure should be to escalate the matter to investigate further, rather than disrespect your customer out the gate.

They ship you the wrong product. CS is terrible and expects you to drag around a bulky 65lb box to return? They should absolutely schedule a pickup on their dime.

Yeah same happened with me … fortunately they arranged for free returns ! RePacking these heavy babies is nightmare !!
I had a customer service issue in 2016 and def tech went above and beyond IMO. I had a 10 year old super cube, second owner, with a bad amp. They shipped the amp free of charge. It's a little shocking to hear that customer service is a problem with them now. IMO they're still the best bang for an audiophile who doesn't want to spend on B&W.
Damn. Really want to pull the trigger but keep hearing how they ship wrong items and nightmare to deal with. I may just stay put. Don't have time for bullshit company like that
That's each 50+lbs box. So no that's $30. Time wasted. Having to borrow a truck to haul them to ups. That's the first time too. So that would've been $60 total since they messed up 2 separate orders. The original and then the second order. I don't know how you value your time but we have better things to do with our time and money to fix someone's else's errors (twice).

from post above, they seem to have fixed it. my guess they don't handle many speakers that have different left and right channels so go confused, or something else, who knows... but seems like it's fixed now (hopefully!)

I had the same issue in 2020 with 2 subs and 2 powered towers unfortunately they stopped offering replacement amps. They said I had to ship my products to California (3000 miles from me) pay a deposit of $300 per tower (I forget what the deposit was for subs) and if they could repair then I would either have to pay more if they determined the repair would cost more than $300 or if it was less than they would deduct it from the deposit. I switched brands and unless you are handy with fixing electronics I no longer recommend their powered products. Since then my other 2 powered towers started making humming sounds that steadily got louder to the point they were unlistenable. Now all 4 and 2 subs are stored in the basement. Maybe when I retire some day I will take up electronics repair as a hobby?

A strong, quality 75wpc amp will be enough.
