To your actual question, no one seems to be interested in modding, the two main people that tried have abandoned their efforts due to the controllers having sinden tech but custom firmware (apparently).
I almost jumped on this deal when it was posted last week but have decided to just build my own.

The mood is that this is a very nice looking cabinet, but with a single game and cheap feeling guns it's not a high replayability unit for most people.

Assuming you mean mod. No. They use non-standard Sidens and as of yet, nobody has come up with a work around or a way to even use them with a pc.
