Even I bought something from them this week and I haven't logged in since 2017
Samsung had a loss of $95 billion in their memory chip division. You want them to just give it away free? Once the production corrects, it won't ever be the same, or you will have to rely on cheap priced products with the worst customer support ever.

Yes, I'm here for a good deal, but it's eventually going to end up with companies making products for demand first, then manufacture as a better business model. Stocking up now, then wait a decade for the next go around.

I can agree with that. I had to submit a 1tb for warranty and it's only through chat message. Their responses are only good for 24hrs and then they close that chat but don't worry, if you respond it will refresh the chat again.
It's a pita but they did swap the drive for me, took 2 weeks of messaging to get the rma and shipping label
Cry me a river....
