Samsung had a loss of $95 billion in their memory chip division. You want them to just give it away free? Once the production corrects, it won't ever be the same, or you will have to rely on cheap priced products with the worst customer support ever.
Removing microsd slots on their phone was stupid when they sell sd cards.

Looking like a good price, what is the quality of the NAND in these drives?

Would the T7 be a good option to store music, photos, and other miscellaneous docs to use on an M2 Mac Mini?

Also, this price is $10 cheaper than Amazon. Has anyone had success price matching on Amazon?

The Teamgroup nvme 1TB SSD is $30. Why is Samsung still trying to rip people off at almost 2x the price? Come on Samsung stop cheating people.

Human started using hammer in Stone Age. It's still 15 dollars. Compared to that Samsung is Saint.

Lol. So you think all 1tb ssd drives are the same? The only thing those two drives have in common is storage capacity...

You do realize most of the SD cards they sell will go in to other devices? Don't you think they will make up the loss of SD card sales for their phones by saving costs on making the phone itself plus be able to get consumers go with a higher storage model because they made the phone with a finite amount of space....I hope you're not running a business...also please think. I'm sure Samsung company is a lot smarter than you.

The wisdom of the crowd often does not apply in huge conglomerates (esp family run ones like in SK where you likely live in a huge echo chamber). Those same geniuses gave us the note 7 which caught on fire and cost the company $17 billion dollars. Pretty sure that was not caused by one idiot who pressed the wrong button during his/her lunch break, lol.

Yeah I haven't shopped at Newegg since they shipped like 5k worth of hard drives and 2 were damaged in shipping and they wouldn't do anything for me.

Why don't you just stick with crappy, bottom of the barrel Teamgroup SSDs? You don't have to buy Samsung.
Redflyer isn't exactly wrong and calling team group "bottom of the barrel" is a low blow at best. Recent testing has shown that Samsungs newer drives have a higher failure rate than that of older models. Crucials new offerings have shown to perform just as well or within a margin of error of the Samsungs and can usually be had cheaper. Its your money though and if you feel the need to donate it simply for brand loyalty who am I to tell you not to.

Really, I did the same a few months back and they replaced the drives no questions asked after seeing images of the drive boxes that were damaged. Ive had issues with buying open box items where they weren't inspected well which I now avoid but other than that I haven't had issues.

You are obviously an idiot. Everytime someone has bought a microSD card from me it has been for a phone or dashcam. They pulled an Apple and removed the microSD card slot to a) force crazy upsell pricing to get more storage b) prevent slow storage issues as the onboard chips are much faster than microSD. If they are so smart why in the past few years have they had so many problems keeping the highest storage options available for people to buy, the larger options were previously all out of stock. Not to mention the insane $400 markup for the 1TB option on the ultra right now.

You are the same idiot saying 8GB is more than enough ram for mac users when they completely rely on swap files and you can no longer upgrade anything.

You also stated that you thought Sony laptops could have outperformed the sales of Mac.
