The Teamgroup nvme 1TB SSD is $30. Why is Samsung still trying to rip people off at almost 2x the price? Come on Samsung stop cheating people.
Samsung had a loss of $95 billion in their memory chip division. You want them to just give it away free? Once the production corrects, it won't ever be the same, or you will have to rely on cheap priced products with the worst customer support ever.

Excuse me interrupting, do you have a link for the Teamgroup NVME 1TB? I want to get it.

Thanks

Good price for my refurb laptops. Nice to see something which has actually decreased in price over the last 3 years.

Samsung customer service is pretty garbage but would call it the worst support ever.

And just because samsung is poorly managed doesn't mean people should pay double to bail them out.

It's an industry wide issue, not poorly managed. Intel has reported the worst losses ever in their time. This leads to layoffs, less for R&D, less production, less competition, less innovation, and the flood of cheap companies which end up with consumers buying crap products that won't last.

Yes, I'm here for a good deal, but it's eventually going to end up with companies making products for demand first, then manufacture as a better business model. Stocking up now, then wait a decade for the next go around.

I can agree with that. I had to submit a 1tb for warranty and it's only through chat message. Their responses are only good for 24hrs and then they close that chat but don't worry, if you respond it will refresh the chat again.

It's a pita but they did swap the drive for me, took 2 weeks of messaging to get the rma and shipping label

Why don't you just stick with crappy, bottom of the barrel Teamgroup SSDs? You don't have to buy Samsung.
