Note that this is the version with the beverage center.
Price includes immediate discounted price plus an additional $600 off for spending over $2000. Final price is $1799.99 plus tax. This is roughly $1000 cheaper than Samsung's website.
How's that Class Action lawsuit going against samsung for Defective icemaker and Poor customer service
The defective ice makers are in the models with ice maker in the fridge compartment (for in-door ice). This model is a completely different design and has much better reviews.
Damn you Costco for not being in my city. Bought the 29cu model for $2300 a month ago, without the beverage center. Even back then it was less on Costco ($2200), but they don't deliver out here.
Doing the research we opted to not have the beverage center. Less stuff to fail. Built in water dispensers that you depress and hold a cup up to, at least from my experience, fail long before the fridge does.
Also, read up on the filters for these fridges. Some mixed results with replacing them and people flooding their kitchens. There appears to be a proper way to do it, with twisting it into place rather than pushing it in, which an improper seal may cause a hissing sound that some confuse with it seating correctly...
Just bought one of the frigs on sale for over $2800 after taxes a few weeks ago. Returning it. The same frig is now $2000 after taxes. Great deal. Thank you.

It's called the "Spend and Get" promo. It is shown in the product details. The promo actually updated today to make this an additional $100 off.

Well that's what she said.
Super confused - why not get this one? https://www.costco.com/.product.153506
It is the same price, has wifi, and has a flex zone. Seems to be a newer model... what am I missing?

Good find. This particular model posted is an inch shorter, which is necessary for my install.
It looks like both have WiFi, but only the one you linked appears to have the Flex Zone.
