Yakuza Like a dragon ishin at $40 is the lowest price so far.
The game only came out on Feb 21 2023, so price is likely going lower by Thanksgiving time.
Reviews are very positive on Steam (84%).

This is exactly what I'm picking up. I'm at the last chapter on Yakuza: Like a Dragon and having a blast. Going to jump right into this next.

You will be disappointed if you expect this is a Yakuza Kiwami type of remake. It's more like a remaster and graphic is mostly the same as Yakuza 0. The main story is short, and the side stories are also very tedious.
I know nothing about GTA. Is this I'm the best version to go ahead and pick up, or should I look for a deal that includes single player/campaign as well?

This comes with the single player campaign (standard with any GTA V purchase), + some goodies for GTA Online (the multiplayer, which is its own thing)
Checking Steam price history this version goes to 50% off to $15 every now and then, so this is $1 lower than that price.
Personally I really enjoyed the single player campaign, but bounced off the multiplayer because of egregious load times (I heard they have since fixed that)

Just a heads up if you don't know, Like a Dragon: Ishin! is nothing like Yakuza: Like a Dragon. So, don't go expecting that. It's nowhere near as good. It's a remaster of a 2013 game that only released in Japan. It's very clunky and the combat doesn't flow well. The side stories and main story are also pretty boring. It's also not turn-based. The next one I'm waiting for is Like a Dragon 8 (they stopped calling it Yakuza). That one is going to be the style of the one you're playing.
I'd be tempted with the GTA V Premium + Megalodon for $33 (but I have three accounts)
That would give someone $9,000,000 GTA $ to start. Nonetheless, PC play is so freaking broken on GTA 5. There is zero anti-cheat measures. People will kick you from the game, kick you out of your car/plane, randomly blow you up, put you in containers, freeze you in place, make military tanks fall out of the sky on you, become invincible, etc, etc.

I have loved the Fatal Frame games, especially number 2, so I bought Maiden Of Black Water on PlayStation thinking it would be like the previous games. I sat down to play the game and 5 minutes later I turned it off and uninstalled. What used to be a simplistic game with minimal cut scenes, which made it scarier, has now been bogged down with them. In that first 5 minutes I sat through no less than 3 long cut scenes that just made the game less enjoyable.
If anyone still wants to try this game I would recommend getting it on Steam first so that way you can try before you commit, refund if necessary

Also, check your libraries, Steep was given away a few years ago, you may already own it.
