Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
I ordered this when it went on sale last week. Not sure why all the hate for Newegg. Delivery date of 5/8 given, then 5/9, then adjusted to 5/5. Delivery company called to verify someone would be home and it arrived 1 hour later. Tv did have bad vertical banding the first night but next day it was gone. Assumed it was an oled "break in" issue.
Hopefully, this will drive prices down elsewhere. Newegg is good until you get something broken. It's a battle with your credit card company after that. Like you want at least a place that will accept something broken back due to how crappy shipping is. I get maybe a 50% success rate just getting zevia online, i hate for my TV to get drop kicked too hehe
Dropped $100 on Walmart to $1496.99 through Beach Camera as well. Hopefully we'll see sub-$1299.99 soon. I'm not seeing it on Amazon through Beach Camera right now, though.
My 2016 Vizio shat the bed last weekend, have been poking around and researching a higher end replacement for it. Pretty much every thread says the C2 is just about the best purchase for this range. I said I'd jump on it next time it was below $1400; I know the seller is Newegg (ugh) but does anyone have any other input on this TV? Also do you guys think Amazon will end up price matching them?
Edit: Well that sucks; Newegg changed the deal to a coupon... prob won't get matched now.

I had it for 2 weeks. I bought the Hisense U8h and loved it but really wanted to try an oled so jumped on the BB $1399 deal. It's a beautiful TV but it wasn't $500 more of a better TV to me anyways. The U8h handled my bright living room so much better and the picture quality wasn't enough for me to justify the price. That's just my opinion though and I'm not a very picky tv guy but I do appreciate a nice picture with good blacks and the U8h satisfied that for me. If you don't have a very bright living room and won't feel guilty spending $1500 on a tv go for it.

Should be able to avoid Newegg customer service and deal directly with LG the first year.
