It's Lulu. You can just take it back for a replacement. I've replaced a bunch of random things. No questions asked.

I'm familiar, they make some Kirkland Signature workout wear and sell the buttery soft stretch capris I own, for instance, for ~$20. That tells me this is paying for the brand name since Costco has a similar return policy.

Agreed! Tested Costco simultaneously with Lulu's legging. My husband couldn't tell them apart but qualitywise it's day and night different. Costco legging should be thrown away after first wash.
