I received my 6a from Metro and can confirm that it won't work with TMobile sim out of the box. I've tested with my T-Mobile sim card and couldn't get services.

I would eat the additional net $10 to avoid all that crap and get a new number. No AF, $20 cheaper plan. Authorized dealers are 90% scammers.

So I have both A54 and S21FE. I just played with both more today and must say, if not considering battery, s21FE is just better in almost every aspect. Thinner bazels, more responsive fingerprint sensor, better/juicer colors and viewing angles, better camera, mega super-duper stereo speakers (A54 also has good ones but s21 has better ones). I had Pixel7 and honestly, I hated the screen. Had terrible headaches just from staring at P7, so I assume with P6a it would be the same (if not worse). Therefore, if you have extra $50 and want some decent camera and overall smooth experience go with s21fe, but if battery really meters go with a54. However, if you just want the cheapest option and like making photos, go with P6a. Just my 2 cents

This may or may not help 6a folks (I also have a 6a on order) but despite the community wiki saying that N200 with IMEI starting with xx0018 will NOT work with TMO sim, my recently received N200 works fine. Here are the steps I took, which were not all on purpose.
1. Put the unactivated TMO sim that was in the N200 box in the phone (assumed Metro used TMO sim since it was in the N200 box). No service.
2. Put the activated Metro SIM hidden in the shipping box in the phone. Metro service working
3. Sent a few txt and made a few calls
4. Put my activated TMO sim from my old phone in the N200. TMO service working.
5. Installed at least 3 OS updates
Okay I'll try this one ones ill receive my phone

Order one phone 2 times using different credit cards and email address. Or ask a friend to help you order the 2nd one.

What's the weight printed on the UPS Label? Any sign the package was tampered with? (opened, phone stolen, taped up). That happened to quite a few people with their Fi S23 shipments.

Weight 1 lb
It was light as a feather. Didn't look tampered with. I did have my wife record me open the package thankfully. But to get to the point of even showing that will probably be a nightmare.

Mine weighed 1 pound too but the phone was inside.

There are two weights: one listed on the label by the shipper (Metro), one is in the Shipment Details (I can see it using my free UPS account). With my order of the Metro A54, the label shows 1lb and the Shipment Details shows 0.9 lbs. I think the weight on the label is what the shipper pays for, and the weight in the Shipment Details is the actual weight when UPS weighed the package.

Check the weight in the Shipment Details if you can see it. If it shows around 1lb, then the phone was stolen enroute. If it's significantly less than 1lb, then the warehouse didn't put a phone in the package.

My package arrived 0.8lb and 1lb with inside the 6a + sim in a brown bubble mailer + a UPS ground return label.

I feel they may easily mess this 6a package with BYOD package. After I did activation, a text message came in with a link for .pdf which was protected by 8 digits account PIN. I input account PIN then opened the .pdf file, it was a 2-page file, with my name, address, the new Metro phone number, IMEI# and ICCID#. But the IMEI and ICCID in this .pdf file don't match 6a IMEI and Metro SIM respectively. It seems like they randomly put an IMEI there? like Boost put random IMEI for BYOD account?

Phone received and activated trhough the "Keep tabs on it here" link from the "order has shipped" email.
Speedtests came up with 250-400Mbs downloads.

The screen is dull and not just compared to the overly bright and saturated Samsungs... looks really dull compared to a Pixel 3.
The camera is also much slower than the Pixel 3's and doesn't take as good photos... any ideas?

6a's screen is not good, that's why I chose the A54 instead. Very noticeable difference between the 2.

Get another A54 if you want a nice screen.

A54: dog slow Exynos processor, one smidge below flagship 120 hz screen quality, .

Pixel 6A: best camera on any phone possibly, Tensor processor that demolishes the Exynos that matches the Pixel flagships but still lags Snapdragon by 2 generations, so-so mid-range screen.
