I used this product for the first time the other day. It works pretty well but I recommend using a microfiber cloth and not scrubbing hard. You don't want to rub the paint off the wall, just the stain.
Also, it smells really strong and you can smell it in the vicinity for at least two hours.
useless cleaner, got suckered into to buying this last time it was onsale
I've never used either of these, but reading the Pink Stuff info says it's for hard surfaces (e.g. tile, sinks) whereas the ZEP specifically says that its safe for painted surfaces. So for flat/matte latex paint, I went with ZEP. For glossy paint I'm sure the Pink Stuff is fine because even soap/water won't hurt at that point.

Not sure about this product, but the Pink Stuff works awesomely for minor stains, like pencil, paint rub off from furniture too close to the wall, etc.

I just cleaned walls of two bedrooms this week. For spot clean or small area, use magic sponge eraser. For large area, spray wall with 50/50 mix of simple green and water then wipe with sponge or microfiber cloth. Works wonders.

I use alcohol pads and they work wonders. I wonder if my Mr.Clean Freak will work as well.
