Rebate says you can order from any local independent retailer of your choice, however, the terms specify Clubs, groups, organizations, resellers or distributors of Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat products are not eligible and without a full list of eligible retailers, I would purchase from Target or Walmart just to be safe.

If you have participated in a previous Dr. Elsey's rebate/refund, you will not be eligible for this offer.

Also if you have already purchased in the last 90 days from Target or Walmart and the purchase meets the requirements of this rebate offer, you can submit that.

Thanks for the update. I just submitted the rebate. You do get a confirmation by email after you submit. Wonder if you get any confirmation the rebate is accepted and valid later on.

It looks like Elsey is confused by how Target itemizes their free shipping. Target shows it as a credit and then a charge - Elsey only noticed the charge and deducted it from the rebate as if the shipping was part of the total.

I messaged them and they said it would be looked into tomorrow afternoon.

I will post updates.

Cross-posting from other thread.

Meowssi, not a good response so far. I got a reply back that completely ignored my email and just said that I got a discount (misunderstanding of Target's free shipping) and it was deducted from my check. I had sent multiple screenshots explaining their misunderstanding. Super disappointing.

I emailed back immediately and have not heard back yet. I am extremely pissed right now and just jotted an email to the head of the company.

Just got my rebate for the full amount - tax on a Walmart.com order on May 16. That's a really good turnaround time.
