Meowssi, not a good response so far. I got a reply back that completely ignored my email and just said that I got a discount (misunderstanding of Target's free shipping) and it was deducted from my check. I had sent multiple screenshots explaining their misunderstanding. Super disappointing.
I emailed back immediately and have not heard back yet. I am extremely pissed right now and just jotted an email to the head of the company.
