just annoying they dont offer free returns. Got burned by this last time, just to check, I went to FedEx to see how much it would cost to return two pairs, $30 for the cheapest delivery.

Just use PayPal for checkout. PayPal will either provide a free return label or refund the costs of returning it.

i had a bad experience with new balance roavs that im not even sure if i trust it, easily the most uncomfortable shoes ive owned. and joes arent a return friendly company

Are there any NB experts that can help me out?

I have farked up feet- severe pes cavus which leads to supination. I'm also heavy, so anything with too much foam ends up making the supination even worse fairly quickly. My feet are also pretty wide.

I like New Balance, but they seem to be trending towards more and more foam/padding. By the time I find a style that works for me, it gets discontinued.

Right now, I'm wearing a 573, which has a pretty hard rubber sole, and is great. Before this, I had the 481, which was also great.

Does anyone know what the successor to either of these models is?
