I like this particular flavor. But my mindset is that it's a candy bar with protein. I usually only eat half a bar at a time.

Not healthy?! But it has "Rx" in the name!! Like a prescription! They wouldn't let them do that if it wasn't super-healthy, would they?
The nutrition is terrible unless you're trying to gain weight.
Fortunately, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. I've eaten these at various periods over the last 15 years, but only when I'm lifting and want to put on mass. I'm 46yo, 6ft and struggle to stay at/above 170#.
