    Interesting, I have the JBL 580s and they sound very good using the preamp out on my Yamaha A880 to my 3 x 200 Monolith amp. But, I'v been wondering if I should replace the 580s with the 590s. The only thing that stopped me from getting the 590s to begin with is the size and my concern with what my wife might say.
