This movie is so damn good, i had expected it to be 4k years ago.

Definitely a new addition to 4k digital, have been keeping my eye on weekly 4k sales for years.

FYI - it is NOT moviesanywhere compatible. Still worth the $5 though given it's 4K.

Excellent movie but the need for super resolution? IDK about that.

Mike Burry is one of the guys depicted in the movie. He was one of the first to see a housing bubble in 2008. Today he is worried about a banking bubble crash. ESG is not helping either.

It's good to know that Burry was three years off which was one reason his customers wanted to pull out of his fund

There are a lot of people that are always "concerned" about a housing bubble. The burst may or may not happen, but they're CONSTANTLY talking about it - and if/when it does happen, it just means their guess finally happened and they'll claim "I told ya so!" when that's all it was, a "guess."

Fact is, no one can predict these things. There are real estate moguls, experts, pundits, etc that have been saying this for the last 5-7 years but the only thing that's happend since then is the housing market shot through the roof.
