yea it was shipped yesterday and received today. UPS just left the bubble wrap envelope in my front stoop without ringing the bell or anything. anyone could have swiped it

Has Costco ever run a real on the non-Max? Can't seem to find a deal for an outright purchase.

edit: looks like they did in April. Hoping it comes again... not sure if the Max will be too large, have never used the larger size before.

Apple giving the runaround and refuse to cancel the AppleCare+

Telling me to go back to Costco for the refund, which I'm sure Costco cannot do much about. Anyone have more luck?

edit

looks like they 'patched' the loophole and Apple's system will not refund any Care+ that's purchased as a bundle from a third party. called 4x and finally got a very knowledgeable agent who did more research. Even after 30 days, Apple will be unable to refund the AppleCare+, its a system limitation.

the phone is going back to Costco this weekend because it's not a very 'slick' deal at all, going to wait for the 15PM

Got the exact same reply whereas in the past it was a pretty simple process. Has anyone tried going back to Costco?

Also tried refunding and the agent said he tried to do it manually even though their system showed it as Costco hadn't transferred apple care over to them. Spent 15 minutes and in the end told me to go to Costco and try.

Edit: 5 tries and the 5th agent was able to process it, 149 to the bank

Could be. The previous deals did say it would be a hassle to refund so maybe we haven't found the right agent yet. But also it's 0/3 based on the most recent replies.

Called both Costco and apple , Costco asked me to contact apple and apple said they can't cancel apple care with in 30 days. When I asked how much would I be refunded if I cancel apple care, the rep had no idea and asked me to reach out after 30 days
