Everything is better than yours ofc. And yes, curved is better for your neck unless you are a designer.

A curved display might eliminate some of the head scanning you're subconsciously doing, but it's not without its downsides.
Watching videos (especially movies) sucks. Using Photoshop, Illustrator, or CAD is impossibly disorienting. If you play any games that side scroll, the sides of the screen that are closer to you can be distracting.
Obviously a lot of this is dependent on your vision, especially if you wear glasses.

Viewing angle degrades picture quality, the curve reduces the viewing angle of the edges of the display. One wide monitor instead of 2 or 3 means no black bars/bezels between displays, less cords, more desk real estate, etc.
I use a 32:9 5120 x 1440 curved VA display. Outside of gaming I use it for graphic design, 3D modeling, development, and I watch a lot of movies / youtube on it as well and the curve has never bothered me the least bit. Some monitors are curved more than others though and I would recommend less. I started with a 21:9 display that was the same size as this deal but flat, I don't think curve is as necessary at 34" but I don't think it would be the least bit bothersome.
Also worth noting, VA generally has much better blacks than IPS (search IPS bleed) so it's pretty subjective as to which would suit you better.
Unless your super human, you're not going to notice 4ms.
I don't believe that ps5 natively supports 21:9 aspect ratio.
