I agree with you but the addition of silicon dioxide is not used as a filler. It is used as a "flow agent" which reduces the powder from clumping on their machinery that packs these powders. I wrote my masters thesis on silica dioxide nanoparticle toxicity. Most of our supplements and food have silica dioxide nanoparticles but there are no regulations that even say manufactures are required to test for nanoparticles therefore "dont worry about it" lol. Silica is inert in the macro sized molecules but poses a plethora of issues as a nanoparticle. I avoid every supplement with silica dioxide in it...which is alot.

edit: let me not say "most" food. Many processed packaged food can contain silica. 😋
Nutricost is always sketchy though

I think their products are real but I think they are padded/cut with other things like rice flour and silicon dioxide to give more weight/content

BulkSupplements does that now too.

All the old big names are sketchy because they just rely on the name recognition now
Very surprised by this info considering they're both third party tested. Could you provide the source of this claim? Very interested to know.

List price is very inaccurate by the way, has been about $24.50 each for the past 3 months

Their preworkout seems decent. But I wouldn't be surprised if their creatine is funky. I'd stick with a creapure based creatine since people take a relatively large amount per serving.

Did know about Creapure so thanks.

So, this deal doesn't have it, but Nutricost does have another
container labeled with it on Amzn.

Searched on "nutricost country of origin" and that revealed positive info.
At 1.65/oz for the Creapure, I might try it.

What are 3 non-sketchy brands of creatine?

Even the labs are sketchy as hell. They've been caught wrong or giving vendors blank certificated to fill in. They test for heavy metals which is the law but then don't test that the product is actually what's claimed, density, etc.

Whole supplement industry is one lie after another, there's no regulation, all labels are self-reported with no penalty for just making things up or using a batch from a decade ago to label the current new manufacturer.

The label says you are wrong. Are you alleging fraud?

Creatine Monohydrate (micronized)

A way to tell if the creatine is pure: "You'll know the powder is of poor quality if it's hard to dissolve and there's residue at the bottom of your glass after you drink it. You want the powder in your muscles, not in the glass. If this happens, try a different brand." Source: https://www.menshealth.com/nutrit...OlEALw_wcB

I just literally opened this. I purchased it last time it was on SD I want to say it cost $24.99. It is double the size of scoop as other creatine brands that I have purchased. I will not be purchasing again because I agree with other posts that they use fillers.

He's trying to say there's a lot of fillers in the product so there needs to be a bigger scoop for the same amount of creatine.
