Every time they do these promos, existing pass holders get to book for the same window as promo. So I've taken advantage of that.
They once took 90+ minutes to accept my pre-tagged, self-checked ($40) bag. It took so long I couldn't get on my flight , and had to buy a $620 one-way on Delta that was miraculously taking off thirty minutes later. I bought the delta ticket while standing in line for TSA. That ticket alone tripled the cost of my trip. Suck it, Frontier.

It's fraud. Plain and simple.
Whatever flight you try to book is 'unavailable'.
My mother, a retired teacher, bought this . Needless to say she's very disappointed. Wrote the CEO and the board of directors to request a refund. Crickets so far. So if they're comfortable scamming teachers on fixed incomes, then they're definitely ok with stealing your $ too.
You've been warned
Any complaints about bag fees and seat cost can be addressing by gaining status, pretty easy to do. And I often have a row of front seats to myself, people that paid $39 for their tix are reluctant to pay $59 for a better seat. Like anything else, just have to know how to work the system - this is SlickDeals, right?

AA's big mistake (among others) was to make it lifetime and in the front of the plane. Had they limited to a year or two and in coach they would have been fine.
Never had this $hitty of an experience w/ Spirit...but unfortunately, Frontier has more flights than spirit.
One time they didn't let like 5 of us on the plane with our carry on. They closed the doors even after they saw us running to the entrance. I mean they literally shut the door on our faces. They plane wasn't going to take off for another 30 minutes. They had just finished boarding the last person. They couldn't rebook our flight because nothing else was flying out that day. Then when I tried to get a reimbursement they refused. And only gave me credit. Credit could only be used in the next 3 months. A waste of 300.00!
This is basically a seat filler opportunity
