There is only one lock on that? So that means it's like the shorter one I got which does not lock height an has like a half centimeter twist that keeps it extended an the wind could make it come undone?
I am interested because it looks slick and sturdy but there are other similar sized foldable tripods that are cheaper. Just to check, they are indeed selling this on their amazon for full price of $60
The video at the link is a real bimbo piece ("best used for DSLR cameras!" and then she stupidly thinks that rotating the base disc up the shaft so that the mounting screw disappears, is a valuable tiny little stand "for your laptop"), but it does show how it's twist-and-lock: problem being, it doesn't snap into a lock, just a tension twist that will come undone.
Selfie Stick quality tripod for your projector 😕
typical wewatch quality i suspect. so maybe the mount quality matches the projector being put on it
Weight Limit 3.5KG / 7.72lb
How is this still top of my For You page with 2tu 3 weeks later 😕
I would like a better tripod for my insta 360 camera, i like the legs are further out for support. But would this count as an "invisible" stick? Mainly used to capture photos around jobsite and time-lapse where I'm afraid wind or light vibration might knock it down.
Why is this even on slickdeals? This should never cost 60.
Amazon if flooded with these at 20s.
Also this one does not have a wheel at bottom to lock the extended base which gives more stability. You can get them at amazon at 20s which is better in stability.
Works perfect for my outdoor projector. I have a full sized tripod, but at the height I need it, 5' 8" off the ground, too unsteady for something this large. If a wind came along, well... So I place it on a table so the legs are shorter. Plus the table holds my BluRay player and xfinity cable box (Works on wifi) Measured and it's EXACTLY 31" on the table, so this works as a great dedicated stand now for my projector.
Is this the same that during last Dec was $8 ?
May be not as this one claims to be metal and the prior deal mixture of bad plastic that in my case broke on only the first few uses. But that deal included a lot of accessories including a GoPro mount adapter and Cellphone remote for both Android and OS.
Anyone who has this exact deal, could you please comment on quality and functionality?

I've been pretty happy with gorilla / joby type tripod for my 360 and phone, as long as ok with short.

When fully extended, it starts to wobble with slight breeze (being top heavy)
