It has issues charging from another power station. The bms seem to have issues with keeping track of how much battery is actually on the
unit because it would jump from 15% to 100% if you charge it from another power station. The battery doesn't seem to hold a charge that great would deplete from 100 to 80% in a few hour if you leave the unit on idle with no load. And their customer service is non existing i contact them for about 2 weeks now got nothing back. Their site said hassle free return it not... I would stay away from this company and unit. I know I'm not the only customer that has these issues because on the newer thread seem like other customer are having the same issues. If you decide to go with this just know you have been warned.
P.S
They don't post any negative reviews on their site.

Do you have a link to a product? Thanks if you do. I want to make sure I'm saving as much power as possible
Works great for me. I charge it using a regular plug in though.
