Get your new phone up and running first. Look for any issues for a week.
Do a factory reset on your old phone. take a picture of the screen with your new phone to show no issues of front and back while on. In case Samsung employee tries to pull a fast one on you.
Turn your old phone off and wrap it up. You can dop off at any Fedex drop off location or find a Dollar General store. They will scan the package and send a receipt notice via text to your phone. Samsung will receive a couple business days later and let you know they receive. Few more days until they get a chance to review and ok the trade-in.

This E-mail is regards to the recent conversations, Upon checking with our resources we see that you are unable add promotion to the order ,The free memory upgrade offer ($180) is applicable only for the Green color variant and not stackable with EPP, The $200 instant rebate promotion is stackable with EPP and not stackable with the free memory upgrade offer. As we seeing the $200 promotion applied at the checkout, thus you cannot avail the free memory upgrade. the promotion is eligible to only one either you apply EPP on the order or free memory upgrade offer. You add to cart and Samsung uses bait and switch. Price is $429 + Tax = ~$510
Have spoken to 5 customer service members, through chat and calls. They say no these prices are not correct. They asked for screenshots, I sent them screenshots, they put me on hold and try to sell it to me for 449+tax. Eventually they all hang up the phone.
The typical India support team. Hello? Hello? Click, hang up.
Or "ok please wait on hold for 1 minute" click hang up the call.
Or "let me transfer you to my supervisor" click they hang up the call.
Typical for all India customer support for all companies. T-Mobile, Xfinity, Samsung, Google, ect.
